These terms and conditions govern the use of www.gardenambiance.co.uk (‘the web-site’) and the purchase of any goods from it. Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this web-site you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. Garden Ambiance reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. Your usage of this site and placement of an order indicate that you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Copyright in the website is the property of the proprietor of Garden Ambiance. Material on this website also comprises copyright material and trademarks which are the property of the proprietor of Garden Ambiance and third parties. This property may only be used for the purposes of browsing the website and acquiring goods from it.

UK Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 days of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you to inform you of an expected despatch date or refund your payment if required.
A signature will be required for all deliveries.

Postage and packaging costs included in the price.

Damages
If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. Any damages must be reported within seven days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility after this. Return as indicated below, we will also refund the cost of return ( please include postage receipt
with goods).

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return the product please e-mail us within 7 days of receipt stating the reason for return, your name and invoice number. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging and care should be taken to ensure that the goods are securely packaged and are not damaged in transit.

We recommend that you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You may wish to send the goods by Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

All items must be returned to us before a refund/replacement is issued. If we have made a mistake in the order we will also refund the delivery charge.

We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Privacy
Information collected by this web-site will only be used for immediate sales purposes and recording orders.
We do not sell or pass on your information to any third parties for any purpose.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order for an item which is expected to have a delayed despatch please inform us as soon as possible. Once the item has been despatched our normal returns policy applies.

New items not yet available
For new prints which are yet to come on line, please place a preliminary order by e-mail giving contact details. You will then be notified when the item is available and you will be able to purchase in the normal method at this time. You will be notified prior to the items being offered for sale to others on the web-site.

Limited Editions
All ImpermiArt prints are limited to 100 copies (unless you place an order for a bespoke print, in which case the number of copies will be according to your request, and made only available to you). These prints will have the name and number of the print on the reverse. These prints will also be accompanied by an authentication certificate.

Payment
All payments to be made by ‘Google Checkout’.
