Print Technicalities

Our artwork is printed onto aluminium composite.
This material has excellent durability for outdoor applications.
It is rigid but lightweight (one of our 1100mm x 700mm prints weighs approximately 4Kg).
It is not affected by temperature between -30°C and +70°C
It has very good UV tolerance and is extremely moisture resistant.

The inks used for printing are ‘UV stable’ and the prints have a further protective laminate coating, which gives additional UV protection.

The fittings used for attaching the prints to almost any vertical surface are aluminium or stainless steel.
Instructions for hanging are supplied with the print.

The prints have a high quality finish, each individual print may however vary slightly in colour from the web-site image due to the nature of the printing process. The image may also appear slightly different due to 'cropping' to size and printing on the sides. The difference will not be significant.

The prints can be wiped clean and dry with a moist cloth without the use of chemical cleaning products.

They can also be used in swimming pool areas, saunas and bathrooms, where you would not normally be able to hang conventional prints.

These prints should not be affected by the weather for at least 3 years. They will very probably last much longer than this.
